What to Send for the Fastest Quote
- Logo file — vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) preferred; PNG above 1000 px acceptable.
- Bag type — staff, stand, cart, Sunday, travel cover, pencil or "advise me". The bag types directory helps if undecided.
- Quantity — programs start at 200 pieces; tell us your realistic number for tiered pricing.
- Target price or budget — optional but valuable; we spec to a budget honestly.
- Delivery deadline — if a date is fixed (event, season, launch), say so and we plan backwards from it.

- Within 24 hours: a written quote with FOB pricing, MOQ confirmation and timeline.
- Within 3–5 days (if you proceed): a spec sheet converting your brief into the program contract.
- Within 6–10 days: the first physical sample in your materials and colors.
- From approval: 35–50 days of bulk production with photo checkpoints, then AQL 2.5 inspection and export.
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours on business days. Complex specs (structural customs, unusual materials) may take 48 hours because we check production feasibility before quoting, not after.
Do you quote FOB, CIF or DDP?
Any of the three — tell us your destination port or warehouse. FOB Xiamen is the default; DDP to your door includes freight, duties and customs clearance through our forwarder.
Can you sign an NDA before we share designs?
Yes — send yours or ask for our standard mutual NDA. Client programs are anonymized in all our materials; see how case studies are handled.
