Sample Policy
Sampling runs 6–10 days for a first physical sample in your materials and colors, at a fee of USD 80–350 depending on chassis and branding — credited in full against your first bulk order. Two revision rounds are included when the spec sheet was frozen before cutting; structural changes restart sampling because they restart patterns.
What the Fee Actually Covers
The full fee is credited against your first bulk order — sampling is a shared investment in a correct program, and it pays itself back the moment it catches a wrong color before 500 bags carry it.

What a Sample Is For (and Not For)
A sample tests decisions: color in real fabric, logo finish, hardware plating, proportions, function of the mechanism. It is not a retail product and will not be perfect — sample stitching is hand-guided in places bulk will run automated; the sample's job is decision information. Approve against daylight and your brand references, not against screens. And keep it: the approved sample is the physical reference for the AQL inspection of your bulk order.
Shipping and Timing
Samples ship by express courier (DHL/FedEx, 3–6 days, ~USD 45–90 per bag by destination). Digital proofs — high-res photos and stitch-outs — run first, so courier time is approval time, not waiting time. The full sequence lives in the design process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you charge for samples at all?
Because they cost: fabric dyeing, digitizing, and a production line sewing a one-off. Free sampling is subsidized by bulk orders that follow — we prefer transparent fees that disappear when you order, which is exactly the credit structure.
Is the sample fee really credited back?
Yes, in full, against your first bulk order for the same program. It appears as a line item on the proforma invoice so the credit is auditable.
Can I order multiple samples of different designs?
Yes — each is its own sample run with its own fee and credit. Programs choosing between two chassis often sample both; the unused sample fee credits against the one that proceeds.
What if I only want samples, no production?
Sample-only orders are possible at sample pricing without credit — fine for prototypes and campaigns. Note the per-unit economics are 3–5× bulk, by nature.
